Just after Christmas, and after lots of shopping around, I finally made my decision and picked up a Gen 4 Glock 20.
The choices are somewhat limited in this caliber and since I have always had Glocks as my SD weapons, I decided to go with what I was already familiar with.
Due to my schedule, I have only been able to put 200 rounds of 18 FMJ's down range, but that has been enough to get hooked on this new Glock.
It did take the better part of a box of ammo before I fell into the groove with this handgun, but after that it has been smooth sailing.
I can't wait to try some more aggressive loads in it. I love a gun that gives me feedback!
Congrats!
jmohme, congrats and welcome to the forum and the world of 10mm! There are some very heavy hitters in the 10mm ammo world and many are loaded to 40S&W or slightly warmer...the true upper velocities ammo does grab your attention and packs a serious punch!
Good luck and best regards! :D
Congrats and enjoy your new Glock. I have both the Gen 3 SF and Gen 4 G20.
Welcome to the 10mm world. Get some Underwood 165 grain and let 'er rip!
Welcome to the forum JM and congrats on your G-20!
Just a little warning, chances are that you will end up with more tens. :D
sell it, give it a way, throw it away. do it quickly.
if you dont, it will reproduce if given water and sunlight..kinda like in the movie gremlins.
