Title: Glock 40 basics
Post by: BillinOregon on January 27 2017 04:13:46 PM MST
So, I ordered a barrel (for cast), an extended slide stop and a 3.5-pound connector from Lone Wolf. I know some Glock gurus recommend a stainless recoil spring assembly as well. Any thoughts here?

I'm not a Glock guru but I put a stainless RSA in mine simply to add weight to the pistol. I don't think its necessary though. When I replace mine, I will look at the Lone Wolf version as it looks like you can easily replace the springs rather than the whole assembly.

I tried the Ghost 3.5 pound connector in both my G20 and G40 and while it did improve the trigger pull, it paled in comparison to the Zev Tech Fulcrum trigger I later installed.
