Title: 10mm 30rd mags?
Post by: G40MOS on December 31 2016 03:55:01 AM MST
So I have been searching and searching for 30rd mags for Glock 29, 20 and 40
With no luck unfortunately. Why have they not made a 30rd mag for the 10mm yet?? It blows my mind!!

But the wait is over. Finally found a way to obtain 30rd mags for the 10mm glocks.

Making a slight relief cut along the back will prevent the back from bulging out as you roll the feed lips inward.
But using a form inside the mag tube is a better way to shape the lips.

Hopefully, kriss will come through, like they did in the 45.  I asked before I bought one in 10mm. They said they are actively working on it, but who knows when a release will be.

Works OK until I get around 27+ rounds. I haven't had time to figure out why completely, but I think the follower is hanging.

I wonder if it would work without painting my fingernails green.

I have used the Kriss kits for 45 ACP to great affect with my Glock 20 mags.  It did take a bit of dremel work and a bit of a squeeze on the mag spring in the vice.  But 10 minutes and per mag and I have four 33 round magazines that work in my Glock 20 and my Glock 29.
