My preference would be the Springfield.  Why? I don't know.  I just like Springfield.

Colt coasts on it's name.  Not saying they don't make good guns, but they are slightly behind the rest at a given price point.

Springfield still has "little brother" syndrome, and gives a little extra. RIA gives a lot extra, but ships a high percentage of problem guns.

Colt. Can't go wrong buying a pony :) I have never had a bad one yet.

Glock 40 or 41 if my state allowed it. Yes I know it isn't one of the choices.
