This will have impacts to ammo industry, handloading supplies so it will need to be watched...  ???

Good reason to stock up . Looks like a way to ban Internet Sales by blocking shipping .

This only applies to bulk shipments of nitrocellulose that have water added.  Once it is made into powder (dry) or ammo (dry + specially exempted) this ruling doesn't apply.

That it actually means to us is that reloading powders are about to get very scarce, just in time for the next big rush.  Reason being, powder makers do not have the logisitics to deal with the record keeping requirements that this change mandates.

It is definitely back door gun control.  The goal here is to make shooting guns so expensive that there will be no point for the common man to own one.

Western Powders added this on their Facebook site today
QuoteATF says that previously authorized practices regarding wetted Nitrocellulose may continue while they conduct further industry outreach.

I just read a clarification on the Firearms Industry Consulting Groups web page indicating the ATF jumped the gun.  They will pull back on this until they have further consultations with the industry's affected.
