I have often mentioned the BRISANCE of a primer being needed with heavy charges of dense powder especially colder weather.
Then there has been talk about CUP THICKNESS, MATCH or BENCH REST PRIMERS, STORING YOUR PRIMERS, PRIMER CHART & REFERENCE GUIDE, etc
All in all a good read and review to reinforce your own experiences. Enjoy! :D
Thanks

Good read for any reloader
Thanks for the info...
recently had a Sig 226 with some older S&B 9mm ( 20-30 yrs old ) fail to fire 1-2 out of ten... thought it was my main spring as I had 100% in an old Belgium Hi power.
Went and replace the spring and still same thing.
Turned out the primer cups on those older 9mm were hard, made for machine pistols.
PS a glock failed to fire 5 out of 5 when tested later ( but all fired fine in the HPwr )
That is a fantastic read!
