Actually if I can answer any questions you might have about it ask away. I try to be totally honest with good and bad when I'm tapped for an answer. The biggest thing with the Razorback is for the money, so many better choices are available IMO.
I have had my razorback for about three years. Had to send it back after the first shot would not go into battery it's stainless. Got it back has been flawless sense. Gave 1200 for it IMHO don't think you can buy any other 1911 with the quality and warranty of a DW.

You certainly can comment. 8)
I just knew you already had a somewhat negative experience with yours.
Mine had to go back twice, one for failures to lock back after the last shot and another time for galling.
I also sent it back for a 40 conversion, all works well now.
Mine was more of a mixed bag. It locked up on the first shot at the range prompting me to take it home for a hand break it in with grease. The slide peened as most 1911's do from the slide stop engagement and I think I fixed that by filing the stop. I had a broken slide stop that DW replaced under warranty which was great. I don't know my approximate round count when I sold it, but the ramp was developing a dimple in it from the nose of the bullets hitting into it.
It was accurate, tight fitting, great support and pretty decent shooting after working through some of the early issues. I label it not as up to snuff as other 10's I have owned though.
You guys are making me reconsider.
It had more of an upward push as well. Probably the 1911 grip angle made it like that.
You should get a Para LS!
Nearly all of my 10 mm's have gone back to the factory for this or that. My Bruin has run great, but after 600 rounds I am now getting hit in the head with spent ammo. So that one will most likely go back too.
Kimber Eclipse, DW Razorback, Glock 40, RI 6 inch and Colt Delta all went back.
What did not go back? My Sig 220, Glock 29 and Para Hunter, which is now very hard to find.
10's need to be run hard and quirks need to be shaken out and that can take some time. I consider them the Ferrari of the gun world.
I will never get rid of my Razorback or any of my 10's.
I never sent any of my 10's back and only kept the ones I felt did just about everything right... including not breaking! I only have the Witness pistols now and look to add the Grand Power.
I've had a RB for about a year. I didn't get 2 mags through it before it galled. Sent it back, works great now but I lost all my love for it. Have a LS RIA and a 1006 I shoot more. Just ordered another LS 10mm from SA Custom shop. Can't seem to spend my $$ on DW anymore....
Thanks..
