I have some coming to see what they're all about.
Their hollow points act like FMJs anyway
fine for plinking with but, hardly good self defense ammo though
Accuracy is King, penetration is queen, and all else is tiny bits of sugar flecks.
Hopefully it has more "omph".
More offerings is never a bad thing. 10mm ammo if nearly at .45 prices. All we need is Walmart to carry it. Mine carries .357 Sig why not 10mm and 38 Super.

This! I would love to see any 10mm selections at my Wal-mart.
Maybe we need to exchange each others local Walmart information, then email/call and request 10mm ammunition. Maybe one of them will order it. :))
Anybody hazard a guess on the velocity?
I am going with 1250 fps as my WAG.
They advertise them at 1120 FPS. I will go with that.
Oh okay didn't see that. Ah well...
I actually would like to see it come close to at least Armscor in the 1150-1175 range :D

That is with an almost 6 inch barrel.
$175 for 500 rounds.... Works out to be $0.35 per round.
Could be good for plinking?
I like to see more offerings too; weak or not!

these are 40S&W loads in a 10mm package
Let's see what the actuals are first. Probably 10mm-lite for sure though.
Got em!
I'm hoping the rain stops and I can run them tomorrow.

Looking forward to your report!
Okay... PPU please quit making 10mm ammo until you really know what's going on and how to load it.
EAA Limited Pro 4.75" 1055, 1073, 1062, 1065, 1042. Average = 1059.4 FPS/ 424 LBS
EAA Super Match 6" 1110, 1063, 1126, 1072, 1108. Average = 1095.8 FPS/ 453 LBS
The 180gr JHP's are stronger! Just not worth the buy really.
Ughh...that is light even for 40 standards.
Edit: How did they cycle your gun?
They cycled fine, but switching to Underwood was like hitting another gear.
Oh well, was hoping for something that was actually 10mm power.

It arranges for decent target practice and more brass for loading.
Where's the downside? ;)

1) For a longslide or DI gun, set up for 10mm, this marginal .40SW man will barely run the gun. I can swap in a 15 or 17#spring. It does run my 1006 just fine.
2) The brass is dubious for hot reuse. I save mine for powder puff loads, but I would advise not to use this ammo for full power 10mm. Search it out.
3) I have bought PPU, but watch the sales - only get it when super cheap, plus other sales will have a bit better ammo for close to the same price.
Range fodder, eh? I see your point. I'll bear that in mind should I run across some in my local gun shop.
