I saw that......good deal when celebrity types come out with pro 2nd Amendment comments. I only wish more of them would.
Yes considering so many movies show case guns, you would think more actors and the movie industry would be pro 2A.
Although, the movies depict some of the most criminal mis-use of firearms and illegal weapons for monitary gains, I can see where the movies can leave a lasting impression on peoples minds for guns being used in bad ways!!!
However as we know, it's not the guns that are bad...yes there are people that should not be allowed to have guns, there are laws that were designed for that, but the criminal elements don't obey the laws anyway!
We have had a few supporters like ...just to mention a few...
Tom Selleck
Charleston Heston RIP
Chuck Noris
John Wayne RIP
Clint Eastwood
Bruce Willis
These are the guys who have the money to make a difference...
Joe Mantegna comes to mind, and Trace Atkins and others in Country Music. Our 'media' filters what we see/hear so it's hard to find articles referencing the subject. Many in Hollyweird have to worry of the economic impact of being even the least bit outspoken on issues that might seem conservative. Seems odd when studies have shown the majority of our population see themselves as 'middle of the road' on most issues.
Good to see. Plus Sylvester and argueably Arnold, to name a couple more. Even a small handful of women out there like Miranda Lambert who actively gets into hunting and what not.
Maybe Sly and Arnie have changed their views and I missed it, but I last accounts I had they were pretty anti-2A.

[The second amendment] has to be stopped, and someone really has to go on the line, a certain dauntless political figure, and say, 'It's ending, it's over, all bets are off. It's not 200 years ago, we don't need this anymore, and the rest of the world doesn't have it. Why should we? --Sylvester Stallone, Access Hollywood Interview, June 8, 1998
Arnold was running for political office in California. Not really an excuse but.....
Stallone's reply lacks rational thought ....'has to be stopped'..??? How do you 'stop' something that was a part of our Bill of Rights'? One of the rights of free men? Sorry Sly, some things don't change even after 200 years. How about stop the sequels. :P
Doesn't Bobby DeNiro have his CCL? I guess that doesn't mean he is pro 2A though.
I don't know Brad Pitt's entire political stance, but he did just take some flack in Europe somewhere during an interview while standing up for 2nd Ammendment rights in the USA. Can't remember where I saw the writeup on it, but there was actually some depth to it. He was talking about safely having guns around his house and regularly carrying too. I think Angelina Jolie is liberal, but not 100% sure. Of course her dad, John Voight, is a conservative.
