Went to the range today, loaded up all kinds of 10mm ammo, then forgot to bring my 10mm Mechtech! Getting old sucks!

How about getting to the range and realizing you forgot your stand and targets?

I have forgotten a gun before. Thankfully on a trip where brought a few, so not a total waste of a trip.
The most recent ah crap moment was forgetting the bolt for the bolt action.
The danged things I seem to forget most often are the tripod for the chronograph, or target backers for my target stands.

1) At a range I just joined, we were supposed to bring our gear. Guess what I left sitting on my office chair? Yeah my ears and eyes. They took mercy on me and used me as the idiot example.
2) If any of you know me, you know I love 10mm, but I shoot a lot of different calibers. I am proud to say I never actually forgot to bring any matching ammo, or did anything really stupid. I am really careful when loading a gun or magazine and always triple check......but once I brought my 9x25 ammo, or my 9mm ammo and forgot the 9x25 barrel or 9mm cylinder. Just extra weight/work lugging ammo that I didn't use.
3) Doing the lube tests on my 10mm AR. I forgot the 50 cal ammo box with the lubes in it!!
getting to the range with my revolvers for a change, and finding out that I had only 10mm ammo. Thank God I was carrying two 10mm's. Another time I forgot my staple gun and my tape, what a pain. I do not even want to admit to the time I went to shoot some 1911's and when I got to the range I only had Glock mag's. Last time out, left the targets sitting on the couch right next to the door. Lucky I remembered on the way and stopped and bought some at Bear Arms on the way to the range.
Never forgot the target stands, but have run out of targets, and staples to put them up with.
There was the time I had gotten a new rifle bag in order to fit the new scope, and forgot to grab the magazine and bolt out of the old rifle bag...i had just started leaving them in the rifle bag instead of in the ammo box like I did when the kids were living nearby. Had the ammo box, the new rifle bag, even the box of factory ammo out of the offside pouch of the old bag...but no mag nor bolt,

The bag just didn't have enough room to fit the much longer Vortex Viper scope

Or even worse, you brought a pouch full of mags, but they were the WRONG mags!
