Title: Which Online gun brokerage is best for the seller?
Post by: Buckeye 50 on August 23 2015 09:39:17 AM MDT
I want to sell my nearly new Glock Gen 4 20 10mm and was wondering if one brokerage is better than another (i.e., Gun Broker, Guns America, etc.)?  Also would appreciate any tips for effective selling.

Thanks,

Pat

I think gunbroker gets more views than any of the others.  It is my go to site if I am actually going to buy.

I belong to 3. Most of the time I use Gunbroker. But they sellers there usually want a certfied check or money order. I use Gun Auction if I don't have the cash on hand as they seem to have a lot more people that will take credit cards. I found GunsAmerica to be next to useless, with most of the sellers wanting an arm, and a leg and your firstborn for the prices they are asking.

Don't overlook the classifieds here.  If you had posted it there before you started this thread we likely would have had a deal!

Like GD, I use gunbroker.com and gunauction.com the most
I also find gunsamerica.com and armslist.com to be useful
Of course, there are good deals to be found on budsgunshop.com, grabagun.com and whittakerguns.com

Buying, I like G.B. , for selling I like somthin like 'Texas Gun Trader' (living in DFW), I have used G.B. and Armslist. You have to do your due-diligence :) I've bought and sold many firearms over the years and never had any problems.
