Has any one tried Powder coating cast bullets for 10mm .If so what kind of load did you use?
Several of us have used either commercial powder coat or coated our own. Often for a variety of calibers. I just reference existing load data for jacketed bullets of the same weight, reduce 10% and work up.

Check out my thread on Longshot. Those are 200 grain powder coated bullets. I cast them and then powder coated them.
I bought coated bullets from Missouri Bullets and fired one mag from my Kimber today. These were not max but honest 10mm velocities...180gr ahead of 9gr Longshot.
I tried to retrieve a fired bullet in the best shape possible to inspect the coating by firing through water jugs. Two tries and I could not keep one in the jugs long enough to retrieve. So I fired the last few into a target for accuracy (decent) and managed to retrieve one of them from the soft ground.
After burrowing through about 18 inches of soft soil, the bullet was in decent shape with some deformity on the nose. Coating remained on the base and on the bearing surface where the grooves were. I have never put myself in a situation to have leading issues with any gun, so I'm not an expert, but from the looks of it I don't expect I will have any issues. Nothing to do now but get a few more mags through the gun and then check the bore.
I broke down my Kimber and cleaned it after about 100 rounds of Missouri Bullet 180gr polymer coated bullets loaded to stout (but not max) 10mm velocity. I have never seen a barrel so clean, there was only a small amount of carbon in some of the grooves toward the muzzle.
Zero lead.
I have my answer on polymer coated bullets in 10mm, at least in this gun.
A friend of mine coated some a while back and used them in a match, he did recover a couple and the powder was almost completely intact except for a tiny spot where it hit the steel. And that was using cheap junk powder from harbor freight. The good stuff works even better.

I powder coat my own bullets and I currently load 10mm with a powder coated 190 grain WFNGC. I load with 9 grains of Longshot for a velocity of 1335 fps. Accuracy is excellent with no leading.
