All I want to know is , would you spend the additional money required for the Elite over the Stock II ?

Might wait a while, other than intercooler, I'm not sure who has experience with both. I've been very pleased with the stock II,  but have no experience with the ltd. Really depends on your purpose and what price difference you've found. Stock II has all your bases covered and the limited adds some barrel length for a longer sight picture and a little extra fps. It also gives you some different sight options.

Pretty fine points between the two quality wise. I have a match and a limited in 10mm. I don't have a stock 2. But stock 2 is similar to limited. Stock is all hard chrome. Match is 2 tone. Both, have straight barrels. Stock is wood grips. Match has plastic. Limited has cone barrel lockup and magwell. Biggest difference is stock is DA/SA. Match is SAO. You can convert DA to SA but that is work and parts.
Also stock IIs are harder to come by especially in 9mm as competition guys are after those. Also I believe stock II is pricier.

Yes and no. You get the cone barrel with both, except the Limited is 4.75" versus 4.50" for the SII. The Limited will come with the magwell setup, some like them and others don't. The Limited will have a single action only trigger and the SII will be double/single trigger. They throw in a fiber-optic front sight with the Limited to give you that option if you don't like the black front. The SII will come with black front sight only. Since the Limited is the top of the line they also put the ambi safety which larger. You won't get that on the SII either.
The magwell makes magazine changes a snap and give you a little handle there. If you decide to take it off, just need to purchase new grip panels to make it look like a SII. Probably the bigger question is SA or DA/SA.

If you can do an FFL transfer this is a steal.

Intercooler , as always you have been a big help , and I thank you very much . Thank you very much for the link , and lead as well .   With the information you all have provided I think my first choice will be the Stock II .
I guess I didn't act fast enough , because the place that I checked with that had 5 in stock has zero now . I'm going to keep checking .

  Thanks to everyone again .

P.S. my Stock II has the ambi-safety. Guess they made a change.

WOW, That's not good .

Does anyone know how much it costs to convert from SAO to DA/SA ?  Also , does it need to be done by a gunsmith ?

You can DIY. Henning will have a new slight curve trigger many people are looking forward to.

I got the Stock II .  Thank you everyone for all your help .  Now if I could a pic on here it would be great .

I tried to up load a pic from Photobucket , but it keeps saying the image is too large .  I reduced the image on Photobucket  to a size of a dime , and it still says it's too big .

I'm trying to figure out my next piece myself. The Tanfoglios have been so good to me, that it might be another!

I really like them .  In my younger days I was a hard line Colt 1911 45 ACP  guy .  Now I'm a big fan of the CZ platform with SA/DA trigger .  I now have 3 EAA handguns . One the 9mm is not a Tenfoglio , it's a Sar.B6 ,the other two are Tenfoglio 10mms .
