This is interesting

I thought about making a 5 shot revolver in 40 Special. I don't have access to any machines, so I couldn't do it. It would seem to fill a niche: It is more powerful than a 38 Special, but less powerful than a 44 Special. More bullet types are available in .40/10mm caliber than .41, so a 40 Special would make more sense than a 41 Special.
.
This could be a great project revolver all the way from a 10mm/40 Magnum down to the 40special via a rimmed casings.
Yes with the various bullet constructions and weights it would be a very diverse shooting platform. :D
That is interesting, I had never heard of it. I wonder what the ballistics were supposed to be, more .40 S&W like?
