Post by: gadabout on April 20 2015 03:58:36 PM MDT
Hey everyone! Just loading some 45 for some friends and myself when it downed on me that with a shell holder change and the dies I could be doing 10mm in a hurry!!!! :D  The main thing is not having to change primers from small to large etc. ???  Craig

Yep, swap the dies and shell holder and get you some of that 10mm going!   :D

I do all my Large primer reloads together and in large batches. I'll usually do  1000 of 45 auto and 10 mm and then 500 of 44 magnum. If I need 7.62x51  i'll do those as well. I have a Dillon 550b  and for me the hardest thing is to change out the priming system.

Once I finish those then I'll switch out the priming system, I've got to keep the 5.56 running as well as the .380, 9mm, .38spl and .357 magnum.

So yes I agree the main thing is not having to change out primers from small to large.
