Anybody have load data for old Hornady xtp 170 gr. Jhp 10mm?    Can I use 180 load data?

Yes you can use the 180 data for the 170's...What powder are you wanting to work with or have on hand?  ::)

So would   a  170 gr. Hp  over 9.2 grs. Of Longshot  @ 1.250 col. be ok.

Yes, it would be very safe.  Being it is lighter than the 180's and 200's that I use 9.6 gr and 9.4 grains respectively and based off other data found in the pulldowns, I say you could step it up even slightly more...

In the Pull-Downs these are shown;
The SwampFox loading with the (Win Silvertip) 175gr @ 1360 fps was 10.2 grains LongShot
The SwampFox loading with the (Rem GSHP) 180gr @ 1325 fps 10.0 grains LongShot
Double Tap 180gr  Nosler JHP @ 1305 fps was 9.0 grains LongShot

Please use EXTREME caution if attempting to duplicate Swampfox ammo. I wouldn't recommend using his pull down data.

Taterhead I do understand the cautionary for the SwampFox Ammo and those two were tested by me and safe in my firearms the way they are setup...

I held back from posting this one here for the very reason that does bring CAUTION!  While it was printed as being 1340 fps, I have speculations that this was his 1400 fps loading which could badly smile brass or even cause a case blowout without proper chamber support, recoil system and positive lockup.

SwampFox loading 180gr @ 1340 fps (Speer Gold Dot) 10.6 grains LongShot Measured by Shadow (this maybe the 1400 fps loading)
