Finally up on their website:
https://us.armscor.com/products/rock-ultra-fs-hc-10mm
I still haven't seen pricing, but I really like this platform.
Looks pretty darn sweet, especially if the price is right. I hope the grip isn't as large as I think it is or there will definitely be some complaints about it being to Glock-y I'm sure. Almost reminds me of something like an ATI Fatboy in .45 ACP but even with full-size grip panels on the RIA it seems to be the same diameter or even smaller. Very cool.
16 rounds man that's tempting.
I will likely end up with one. I hope they make it with other slide lengths
I am hoping to build one from the frame up using the .45acp frame. Also considering a 22TCM/9mm and swap the barrel for .38super just for fun
I am seeing Armscor/RIA come up with a lot of new 10mm models.
I emailed Armscor and asked when this model would start shipping and the reply was "mid year".

This would end up about like my current EDC. Mine is a para high cap frame with the 16-40 slide and barrel reamed to 10mm. If you build one we will have to compare notes. Mine doesn't like loads over 1.250" in certain nose profiles.
It is going to be awhile as surgery has cost me more out of pocket than was originally projected (projected + 150% was what we planned)
Well, if it's a double stack, it will probably feel like a Glock. Which is bad for me, as a Glock does not fit well in my small short fingered hand.
If I wrap a tape around my Para, it isn't really any bigger than a GI 1911 with original grips. Profile is a bit different. Definitely not the same feel as my Glock.
Edit---I just googled it. I guess it is the width that is the same. girth is larger. It measures up pretty well the same as a Beretta 92FS.
Years ago I wanted to get a LAR grizzly .45 magnum.
Until I tried to get my mitts around the grip. No way. Same thing with a Desert Eagle.
Yeah. I found both the LAR and the Desert Eagle to be unwieldy in the hand.
I've seen the hi cap 45s...going to the gun show tomorrow, gonna bug a few dealers for details on the 10...
