   The differences we see in velocity between these, reman and the Remington's all with Power Pistol is? Could it be seating depth, tension, or something else?

I really think it is the plated bullets, even though they are the Xtreme brand it may be shearing at the lower velocity in some barrels.  The velocity should be a good bit higher.

Both IMR SR4756 and Power Pistol track fairly close but Power Pistol seems to have a slightly higher velocity yield...
