Title: linking powders to pulldowns?!
Post by: bbling1985 on March 01 2015 04:19:31 PM MST
was wondering if there was a way to link specific powders to the different pull downs that used each kind...like is i have power pistol click power pistol and it send u to a page with all the pull downs that used power pistol, or blue dot or 800x, longshot etc.  be a easy way to help reloaders quickly find ammo they want to recreate with powders they have available!  thx to whom it may concern.

I would imagine you can peruse the sheets writing down what you need. You could also copy the lines and paste into Word or Excel.

You should be able to do a search for specific powders.....granted, it'll give threads of little interest. I'm not sure if you can use multiple criteria for a search on the site to narrow down what you're looking for. Such as; Power Pistol, 10mm.......

I cut and paste to word and have them in a 1" binder separated by powders.

I pasted those with the powders I use into a notepad printout for my load book

bbling, that would be a great feature to add.

However, we don't control the forum software in that way.  The forum software is written by SMF and implemented by Grim Reaper.  He does the design and styling work.

I know I have spent lots of time myself using the search feature to find various loads, and it would be very handy to have.

IF... big if, someone had the time , a spreadsheet of all the pull downs would be great

In the mean while, I've pasted all of the loads I run copies of and add as new ones come in
