In hand, once it warms up off to the range.

All looks good, just a little creep "spongy" on the trigger. Otherwise cannot wait to fire some rounds.

The triggers are a little " gritty". Make sure you put some blue locktite on the two little screws on top of your rear sight, they will work loose and be lost forever. Iirc mine worked loose after about 400 rounds. Other than those two issues, I've had nothing but success with the LS Hunter.

Did the trigger work its way clean?

Its a small issue not worrying about it, and I will Loctite those screws.

Thanks

Finally got to the range and in a balmy 19 degrees, I was able run 100 rounds of Armscorp, 50 Remingtons, 50 Blazers and 20 Buffalo Bore 180's. I alternated between the 2 factory Checkmates and 2 Tripps.

220 rounds, nothing but perfection. Even the trigger felt better as I fired more rounds.

Only flaw was a Buffalo Bore round that fired perfectly, but the primer was blown out when I collected the brass.

Very nice gun.

This company makes the springs, they have a limited amount left. The boss said Remington ordered a bunch for testing, maybe Remington will keep the Hunter alive, it is a real nice gun comparable to my other 10's.

I am thinking (hoping) Remington will continue these in the future.

I have been very happy with my Para Elite LS Hunter. It has functioned flawlessly with a wide variety of factory and handloaded ammo. Light to heavy loads were gobbled up with no issues. Hollow points and flat points fed with no problem. The accuracy is as good and probably better than I can shoot. When I do my part the groups are are quite good, with all different loads. I thought the trigger was a little mushy/ creepy at first. After getting several hundred rounds through, I feel the the trigger has improved and "broken in." I was a little annoyed by some some machine marks and a small nick on the slide when I first unboxed the pistol. But, these imperfections were very minor and could be overlooked in light of how well the pistol shoots and functions. This is a great gun for the price point.
