Double tap is running their brass on sale at approximately $4.80 off/100. I just put in order for 500 tonight and it was within a dollar or two of what I paid for 500 starline at Midway. I don't know who the manufacturer is for double tap, starline may very well make double taps brass. This is the nickel plated brass that double tap loads it's own ammunition in.
