Does anybody know if it would be possible to rechamber a .40 mech tech upper to 10mm and still run full power loads?

Reaming would be fine.  40S&W and 10mm are close enough to the same pressure there are no concerns from pressure.  Whether it will function I don't know.

I figured it would be, but the folks over at MechTech say that they have different parts in the 40s and 10s.  As for which ones I couldn't get that out of them.

I would bet the bolt on the 10mm is heavier.  That extra velocity really ramps up bolt speed, and some extra mass soaks that up.
