I have the dpm system on my G20 3rd gen works great. I was going buy another for g29. But looks like it sticks out and was built for a different gun. Wondering who has either for g29 and how they like it. Tungsten gsa or dpm system.
Thanks
I got the DPM system, and I was wondering if you got the HD System? they make the standard 26 Lb. Deal, but I bought the HD system plus another control rod. the HD system came with a 28 Lb. rod, and I custom ordered the 30 Lb. Control rod, and it works GREAT!!! When Using the Underwood 155 Grain XTP Hollow (1600 FPS) it took the 30 lb C.R. to keep the spent shell casings at an ejection distance of 10 feet from the gun, and also by marking the frame with Blue Machinist Dye (or a yellow magic marker will do close to the same) to see the impact of the slide to the frame will tell you if the slide is hitting the frame TOO hard. By using the LONG outer spring (gold) and the 30 lb. Control Rod, I was able to see that the slide would BARLEY hit the frame, and that was with the HARDEST shooting ammo you can buy on the market. Be proud you got the BEST recoil reduction system money can buy, all that other bulshit (Steel guide rods, Tungsten guide rods, and the BIG single 22 and 24 lb. springs) don't work worth a dam. If you really want to beeee cool, by the KKM 5.2 inch match barrel for the 10mm with the threaded end, and get the Lone Wolff Muzzle Brake to let it work together, and you will really be surprised by the smoothness, and actions of the gun. You will think you will think you have another weapon in your hands....
