Title: If someone loaded the 255gr beartooth wfn in 45 super...

And they got it moving 1075 out of a standard 4.6" barrel woukd you rather carry that or a 200gr wfngc beartooth going 1190 fps?

The infamous "taylor ko" gives the edge to the 45 super.  Obviously the 10mm would be better for anything past 25 yards due to slowwwww 45 bullet.

This is just me thinking out load in an attempt to narrow carry gun options.

Meant to put this in general discussion. My apologies.

No worries.

.45 Super makes a nice woods gun.

I would rather have a 230-ish gr WFN in the 45 Super, than either of your other options. A little more velocity, and still more than enough penetration. I'm not a fan of the heavier weights like that 255gr in 45 Auto/Super; they give up more than they gain IMO.
