This is an early one that I've had for years or even a decade or more.

Very nice - I like ( even if it is a 1911  :D ) now you might want to think about a progressive loader to keep up with the fun factor of shooting it. ;D
or pick up about 10 more mags since you only have - what - only 8 or 7rds
per mag. ;D

10 mags? I probably have 16 or more, including 2 10 rounders. I have a whole shed of already loaded 10mm. And I just made 250 more.

Nice, I want one bad for mu G20. Any input on them? The good the bad, how easy/hard or comfortable are theh to shoot. And how accurate are they? I would like some real information from folks that have em. Thanks.

We love my MG20
I have it set-up in an M4 configuration
It is very comfortable to shoot
Comfortable enough that my Wife enjoys shooting it as well

As for accuracy;
It is quite accurate even out to 100 yrds
Here's a target of our's, 20 rounds at 50 yards:

Mine is a G20 as well. (Of coarse it is!!) I'll be shooting it tomorrow for the first time. So stay tuned.

Its a "thick" firearm, heavy but not overweight. My worries where LOP as the frame is near centered on the "upper". I bought a used M4 and std stocks. The std was MILES TOO LONG!!! Near unshoulderable and I'm a big guy! The M4 was better but even on its shortest setting, it was about 14.5-14.75 LOP. Too long for what I want... 12.75-13 was my target LOP. Fast handling short is what I want. I had to trim a full inch off the tube and 1.5" off the slide on butt! Now its real good to me, could even be shorter, but its good.

I cut the but just in front of the round SP mount..

Here's a target using mine. I think I had some vertical rising as I started with a cold barrel and it kept going up as it got hotter. Either that or it was breaking in, as this is the very first time I shot it. I'll run a few warmup rounds first  next time and see if it gets tighter.
