Hard to say from the article.  No indication on how extensive plant damage was or even if there was any.  In a metal foundry you can have a pretty significant accident in human terms without really affecting production capacity.

I am not sure where Starline sources their brass cups they draw into cartridges.  I would imagine as big as they are they don't single source, but maybe.  And, since Olin Brass is no longer aligned exclusively with the firearms industry I would likewise expect others to not be single sourcing raw materials.
