Nice thing is the factory data already loaded.

I personally use saballistics, which is a command line open source software.  It allows you to add your own data to it's db, which is nice too.

Best ballistics calc I've used, ironically, is Norma's arcane java calculator ....

www.norma.cc

click on the US Flag at the top

click on "Ammo Academy" near the top

click on "Ballistics" on the top left

Once you get used to entering the BC, bullet weight, starting velocity, zero and max range, its very easy to use the tool.  Been using it for YEARS.

Did I miss the Pistol Calibers, or is this just for Rifle Calibers ?

Well, there are both pistol and rifle, although I always do a CUSTOM every time I used it ... I just get the BC of the bullet I'm using and the velocity and make the bullet myself.  Easy and quick. I don't much use the ones they have listed as there are a LOT of foreign rounds and odd balls on their site for some reason.  Probably because its Norma.... :)
