It was a great day to take a day off and play with pistols. I ran around 100 rounds through the pair, and had a good time doing it.
I'll be drafting some separate thoughts about the following:
It was the first trip for the Tanfo, and I was a Tanfo virgin. I didn't have heavier springs for it, so it only saw my warm reloads, but I passed on running the Underwood rounds through it until I was better equipped. First thoughts on the pistol will follow.
I brought the stock and Lone Wolf barrels, the stock and the 24# springs, and Underwood 135s, and 155g XTPs. I was wanting to do a side by side comparison to see it this thing would run reliably with the Underwood. I learned some things that I hope will help, but the data will be limited this time out. That Underwood stuff is a bit more than I want to smoke box after box, but I'll add fuel to the Gen4 fire.
And finally the Glock vs Tanfoglio comparison. Which one do I like better?
Don't want to be a tease, but I have Vet appointments for the dogs also.
