If you are familiar, I am interested in trigger quality, accuracy, reliability, extra mags, etc. If I am seeing things right it appears to be made in Italy?? I can see the obvious no tactical rail, but still 15 rnd mag.
Thanks,
Pat
I too am in search for a EAA 10mm but many have stated that the Match model is where to start. Those models are not much more money but they are harder to find.
Cheaper then dirt has a whole line of EAA. I got my Rock Island 10mm from them.

And shockingly, their prices for the EAA pistols are pretty good. Maybe they decided price gouging like they did right after Newton lost them too many customers. I have been drooling over them also. One of their warehouses is in Ft. Worth, TX which is really close to my FFL.
If you have any questions about EAA non-polymer ones, ask Intercooler since he has a few of them.
I got my Rock Island $ 150 cheaper from them then anyone else quoted me. All the local dealers couldn't even get one. I think I got the last one from them because the next day it said 0 & no back orders. Let me know if you get one because I was looking at them myself.
I started with a now known wore out Polymer Witness. My next was a Match and now I have a Limited Pro, Elite Limited and Hunter. They all shoot excellent and are my favorite Semi pistols.
Are you looking to carry it, range piece or some combo? I haven't owned the compact version, but know a couple who have. There has been a few cracked pieces and it could be related to the spring setup not being up to snuff. If you get one I highly suggest running a Sprinco guide rod setup to eliminate slide to frame contact.
If you don't go with a long Dust Cover, you can go with Longslide and Compact Uppers and have the best of both worlds:

I held a compact and didn't like it. I have big hands and almost need a full size. I don't like Glock either. I know Glocks are great guns it has nothing to do with performance it's just that my hands are big and they dont fill right with the big trigger guard. I like the looks of the eaa your wanting. They look like I can get a good grip on them. I'm going cypress slipping and palmetto kicking with my Rock Island tomorrow for hogs. I think I got it broke in enough to get some rapped firing in. LOL

Just for clarification; that is a Standard (short) Ductcover, Full Size, Large Frame, not a Compact or Small Frame
BuckEye50. For starters that pic of 10mm is not accurate. It's an old pic. Something Buds needs to address.
I was looking at the 15 round witness with the wonder finish. It looks like a nice gun. I was WONDERING what is a wonder finish ? LOL

Deerslayer, I'd go with the Match on up advice. It looks really sweet too. I Have The standard wonder finish model and my slide cracked. Getting warranty work done isn't like Ruger or Glock. Not the best CS with these guys.

Was it the "newish" Round Top Slide ?
There were issues with them at first, but they've worked thru that

Yes. I probably will be getting it back next week. I hope it has one of those old beefy slides on it.
First off, the link is a deceptive. The photo is of old, a old photo of a EAA of old.

Good to hear you'll be seeing your Pistol soon
From what I understand, Tanfoglio worked-out the issues with their first batch of Round Topped Slides
There has not been reports of problems since
