Title: 10 mm 155gr. SWC load
Post by: gradyboy on February 12 2014 07:22:01 AM MST
Hi,
Anyone have a reliable COL for the 10mm 155 SWC lead load. Also good target load for the same bullet, thanks.

Most all of the 10mm guns and bullets are good to go at 1.2500"-1.2600", however, with hollow points and the WFN cast bullets, I have seen them loaded shorter down to 1.2420" for better functioning reliability.

You didn't mention what powder you had to work with...these days just finding specific powders to work with may be the decision maker.  ???

Powders like Power Pistol, AA#7 & #9 meter very well, there are many others that can be use for 10mm in the target performance, so narrowing it down helps.

Whatever works in your gun. With 155 gr you have plenty of case capacity for seating depth experimentation. Just begin with a starting load and incrementally work your way up, as always.
