NFL refuses to air danial defense ad, even when they offered to redo it.
i really dont think they wanted to spend 5 million on a commercial. Thats a lot of guns to sell. they got exactly what they wanted. free publicity on the 24 hour news networks a few months back when they were denied by the NFL. but who knows maybe they were really disappointed in not being able to get a spot.
seems to me if the NFL can show janet jacksons tit they can show a gun commercial.
just so you know i decided at half time to support your cause. i did not watch the second half. too much of a blow out.

Same here. Did anyone notice during one of the commercial segments [good luck on which one since they were every other play it seemed like] there was about a 5 second scene of a person holding an auto pistol that looked like a Glock, racked the slide to chamber a round and poof a normal commercial come on? It was between two normal SB commercials and looked like a screw up. no face, just a person shown from like the knees to the head wearing a dark colored jacket like the Feds on the right side of the screen, the person's right arm down at the side holding the auto, which was right in the middle of the screen. I thought it was a commercial for a movie or new prime time series when it started but it was too short and what followed was something completely different.
I don't drink alcoholic beverages or do illegal substances so don't start down that path. :-*
