Really neat, but can't find where it's for sale?
No mention of 9mm, 10mm, .357 or .44 ???
you can always pull the 40 heads :)
Their Facebook page says they are flooded with orders supply and demand is again biting us! I asked if they were going to be available as components on their FB page.
Yeah, but have you ever had a Colt 45 Malt Liquor?
Actually, no I haven't.

No matter how hard the advertiser's try, it still tastes like shit! LOL
I can see this round being banned - what a round for 10mm - SD - OUCH!!!!!
Doug
It does look like nasty stuff.
IC, you picking some of this up for testing?
Edit: I bet loaded at 10mm velocities this ammo disintegrates on impact.
makes me want to try to take a dremel to mine.
Here are specs on the RIP 9mm bullet as loaded...There's a new form of ammunition that's got gun owners drooling.
They're called Radically Invasive Projectiles, or RIP, and the creators say there's a reason for that name.
According to a video of the ammunition in action, as target material fills a RIP, its trocar points start to function like a hole saw, shredding its targets.
Here are some specs on the 9mm round:
16-inch penetration
Up to 6-inch diameter spread
96-grain projectile
2-inch grouping at 25 yards
1,265 FPS muzzle energy
9 separate wound channels
Precision-machined
Solid copper / lead-free
Defeats all known barriers such as sheet metal, sheet rock, windshields, plywood, heavy winter clothing
G2 research created the new bullet.
The company says it plans to develop several more models to give gun owners options in the future.
Quite sure there is more room velocity wise in a +P or +P+ !
It will be about 5 months before they have the 40 and 45 caliber projectiles and ammo available...Still no word on if these will be sold as components for handloaders. Being that they are individually cut on a CNC machine they will be costly! :o
The ad/video said it would be available in the future in 357 sig, my second favorite round behind the 10mm. This round in 357 sig would-be-AWESOME!!!!!
I wonder when it would be available in that configuration? Might singularly make me get another gun in 357 sig - WOW!!
Pat
I want the projectiles so I can load them in the 9x25Dillon and 10mm! 8)
Look what 4949shooter done did with his money tree ;D

Now thats down right stupid, no 20 rounds are worth that price, I'ed go out and buy 10 or 15 boxs Underwood first and I reload my own!!!! and get more bang for the money, ammo thats a safe queen- hahaha

Some people got mo money than sense! :o
Looks like the seller made 6X what they paid for it. It looks like it sold out in 5 minutes.

Here is yet another bullet concept...Multiple Impact Bullet (not my choice)

I received notice last night after midnight they would be posting stock. Gone before this morning!
I would still like to do another test if I can ever get my hands on it, but here is a new video that you can base your decisions on:
I asked the publisher to share retained weight and expansion numbers for the 16" projectile if he could.
Damn. Level II is what we wear.
Did it pass through?
Yes, it's on the video. It passed through Level III also, but got caught in the ballistic nylon on the inside of the vest.
Check at 3:31.
I see this getting banned.
I guess my study of projectiles as unscientific as it were still tells me the designer projectiles still don't compete with a heavier bullet for defense purposes. And over many years even a cheap lead bullet of a good diameter and velocity will work! ???
