Since the membership has now increased, how about a poll on the type of 10mm handgun owned by our members?
Say one category for Glock, one for Witness, one Smith, 1911, etc.
Forum non-members are encouraged to join and vote!
Thank you,

Sure. Make it happen! ;)
Okay, I didn't see I had a button for it. ???
It was blacked out.
I don't see there is a way to vote for numerous handguns of the same make owned by members, which would be interesting also.
For instance, Intercooler owning three or four Witnesses.
Edit: Cross posted over on the Ten Ring:
http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?p=20955026#post20955026
I didn't want to skew the results by cross posting over on the General Glocking forum of Glocktalk. I found out there are an awful lot of Glock 10mm owners over there who don't post on the 10mm forums when I did a Glock 10mm thread there a while back.
I changed it around and added an off-line poll. Let's see if you can vote multiple pistols... I have 3 Witness pieces and a 1006.
Vote as many times for the type you own. If you have two G20's and one G29 you can do it. No cheating! :P
Cool thanks.
EAA is KILLING us Glock owners. I call foul! :P
Edit: Did you post this on Witness Talk?? ;D
No, but thanks for reminding me! 8)
Voted! One more for us Glocksters.

Let me know. If you post it on Witness talk I will post in General Glocking.
We gotta keep the results even and fair. :P
The serial number on my frame is different than the one on the barrel/slide. Do I get to vote for each serial number???? ;D
I like how the blocks rotate around while it downloads to the NSA servers >:D
Greg
Glock, 1006 AND 610.
Well I added to the numbers somewhat... ::)

If they are Glocks, then YES.
:P
Is anybody really going to vote for a Megastar? :o
I wish I would have bought one 20 years ago. Now they are going for $ thousands.
As of 1/25 at 7:00 PM, still no Megastar vote. :(
:P
Go shake that money tree... sell the Glock....buy it and add your vote! ;)

Not bad!
By the time the auction is over it will be up over $1000.
I did not see a place to vote for my 3 610's.
Or my 310
IC forgot about the revolvers.
He's not a revolver guy in 10mm. :P
Hey...somebody voted for a Megastar! :o I want one!
We can't have revolvers in a semi poll :P
I would love a 610. It's the only S&W revolver I want to own.
The 610'a are nice. I like the unfluted cylinders.

Title says 10mm handgun. Doesn't say semi!
Needs an "other" option.
IC did the off forum poll, so he would have to add the "other" option.
Only five Delta Elites?
Can't be.
G20 and soon to be Stock II. Dream pistol in 10mm would be a CZ Decocker Fullsize.
I wish I owned a Les Baer 10mm.
No option for Sphinx. :(
Spinx? It's near impossible to get a 10mm here in the U.S.
I'm not in the US.
We need to make you your own special poll ;D That will for sure be a 1 vote :o
BTW... Where are the pics??
here (http://10mm-firearms.com/general-discussion/introductions/msg568/#msg568)
should make some more when I have time...
Does it have a de-cocker?
I asked them to import them, but no dice. It would be on my buy list!
What's the support like on it and have you tried hot ammo through it?
It's a manual safety. Decocker would have been an option. Support was great, I only ever needed when I had it converted to SAO. I only shoot my own warm loads with it.
I did write the Spinx company and back then...it a shame they don't produce the 10mm and sell it in the states. Such a fabulous looking weapon! The best part is it is not a "POS 1911 COPY"!
If it were available here I'd jump on that purchase! :o 8)
Never really heard of this but I'd snatch it up were it available. What's the capacity on that bad boy?
I am wondering about the capacity as well.
And I like the way they shaped the hammer so it doesn't impact with the beavertail, like it does on my Colts.

HEY! I like my 2 1911 10mm pistols. It's Glocks I can't stand. :P
What are we hating this week? Glocks or 1911's?? :P
To each their own. I just can't stand the way every single Glock I've ever handled does not fit in my small short fingered hand. Probably is the same for ANY double stack bigger than a 9mm.

You have to get a good grip on the 20/21, even the SF models. I don't have the biggest hands in the world either, and I could see it being an issue with smaller hands. That's where the 1911's shine.
The Witness is a "big Framed" Pistol, but it fits my (very) small Hand much better than a 20 / 21 Frame
I think it has to do with the Grip angle too
But Dog's right..." to each their own "

Takes Witness Large Frame mags. The extended one holds 16, but I mainly use 14 rounders with a flat baseplate. I'm trying to get my hands on Henning 20 rounders but the importer isn't very communicative.
One G-20 at this time. So I added to the long list of Glock owners. As soon as my Wife releases me from Double Secret Probation from buying guns (man, she's be pissed if she knew I just bought a Beretta 96 Elite off Gunbroker last night.....Shhhhh!! :-X).... more 10's to come!

Rule #1 - Buy first and apologize later ;)
Shortly after showing her your awesome new piece... follow up with flowers, wine and dinner. Very easy ;D

I do the following. She moans about my guns, I just point at her 2000 pairs of shoes she has in the closet.
Or jewelry box/boxes.
She has more shoes than jewelry. >:(
New guy here. Voted 1911. Great site. Have a rock VZ tactical
Excellent!
And welcome to the forum!..
I added my 3 cents worth since I own a G20 and two 29s. All mine are Gen3 SF models. Do I need a Gen4 29?
Maybe another 20. 8)
I also have a G20 and 2 G29's, one of which is a Gen 4. The others are both Gen 3 SF's. Can you tell I like G29's?
Snuffy, you probably need a Gen 4 29, although there is really not much difference between it and the Gen3 SF.
My wife hasn't said a word about my 20sf,29sf, or my Mech-Tech 10mm - but than again I bought her a LC9 with a crimson trace lazer to keep ahead - its worked so far.

Had to vote again. This time its a Tanfoglio Limited Pro that will be a week or 10 days away by the time shipping and waiting period happen.

Are you getting out of Glocks?

I only have one, and for what it is, I kinda like it. For carry, the itialian version has more weight for the exact same capacity. Besides, the ready to fire when drawn thing makes sense to me.
Don't know. Maybe one will rise to the top and I'll give the other one up. I know I'll stop spending more and more on the G20 to try to get it to eat something it doesn't like.
Greg
Is it new? Where did you find it and how much are they running? I jumped all over mine at $760.

$878 new through Davidson's. I had a notification sent when they were in stock and when I looked, they had a grand total of one available. The ones listed on-line now are running over $900 from everything I was seeing.
Greg
Have you ever shot one? I think you will like it! I'm sure glad I bought when I did. Post some pictures and a review when you get it.
Never shot one. Someone here highly recommended one :)).

We forgot about the Parker.
Skewed by fan boy ism ;D
