Title: BrenTen Pocket Model
Post by: P33v3 on January 06 2014 08:39:36 AM MST
Has anyone ever seen or held one of these? I heard there were only like 3 made. This could have been pretty interesting size wise it looks to be fairly concealable. I wonder if they had the same problems the full size BrenTens did?

I only got to see my first Bren Ten in person at the time I purchased it!  To find one of those Pocket Models would be rare indeed!  ???

I looked up the DW Vbob to compare and wonder how reliable the ad might be.  They say the B10 is 1" wide but the commander is 1.45.  I don't see how you can take almost a half inch off a commander and still have a gun.  Otherwise, to me it stacks up pretty well (in fact beats IMHO) with a commander.  Too bad D&Ds reach exceeded their grasp.

There was only one. It was a prototype for pics in the sales brochure, and never produced.

Read the Heir Apparent... This is discussed. The prototype was a modified SF. Like I said ONE existed. Whereabouts unknown as is the Bren prototype that was hand built.
