Crazy indeed. He had every right and chance to engage. Perp seemed very casual drawing on a cigarette and producing pistol. Strange.

Thanks for the "News" footage.

I still think it may have been staged.

No Arrests.

The BG gave up to quickly with the hand push.

The Cleck/Vet simply told him to get out and leave, with his gun.

The Vets I know would have done their best to detain the BG until the cops arrived instead of letting him just walk out the door armed to rob a different store, or shot him.

Just My Opinion, looks all to clean and neat for me. YMMV
