I just don't understand these laws. This is fucking America. I served 10 years in the Navy, and was proud to do so. To see things like this, these laws that restrict personal freedoms granted by our constitution, makes me sick.

Washington D.C. (and a few other places like Chicago and New York) are hell-holes. I can't understand why anyone would put up with living there. It's not just a "bad-cop" problem ... it's a problem with the people who are running those places.
Some folks just can't get up and leave,as much as they want to. But yes, it's a complete waste of time. No quality what so ever.
It is a "Bad Cop" problem. Laws like this would have no weight and would not affect any American if these Bullies with a Badge didn't enforcer them and get off on terrorizing Women and Children. They love this shit, love it!
