Much talk about it not being the correct course of action. Thoughts after watching the video?
Given the propensity of our government to manipulate the facts and the media. Let me make a a scenario....
A woman with indignant attitude (we've all seen these folks) unarmed, child in the back seat (?) gets lost pulls up to a barricaded check point, gets into argument with a uniformed Secret Service agent. She puts her car into gear, bangs the gate hits the guard (unintentionally) speeds off. The chase is on, the woman is frightened, she's pursued then boxed in ...... Attempts to escape and is shot multiple times and killed.
An over blown accident by a stupid person and over zealous Secret Service,
My contention is, the victim was not armed, with a child in the car, show no intended malfeasance.
Delta Steve proposes a valid scenario where this force is not justified.
For me it all boils down to if she was still at the wheel of a moving car when shot. If she was, justified. If not, then probably not justified.
But, they will certainly write the reports so it is justified.
The jury is still out on this one.
