In RedLine's pull-down The soft translucent grey color off white flakes were present as well in the CCI and Hornady loadings.

Made a note in the original post to reflect the possibility of BE-86, I had mentioned that the powder had what looked like Power Pistol with some sort of identifier in the mix. 
*(Comparing this to BE-86 powder which has an identifier of slightly larger, translucent, off color flakes in the mix.  Only testing will show which is which)

Not too powerful, but this stuff burns clean. Makes a nice practice round.

I wish it were cheaper..

(Midway) .59 per (in 1k) seems overly steep !  Hadn't really paid attention to prices since I started reloading 10mm... now again, I know why I started.
