Title: Getting Slammed by ObamaCare
Post by: The_Shadow on August 21 2013 08:52:06 AM MDT
Yep, Thanks to ObamaCare I will see a 20% increase in premiums and possible reduced benefits.

And the worst part this isn't over yet... :o

Yeah...I haven't heard about next years hit yet, but I am braced up for about the same.

It's only going to get worse

Yep, same here. Just went to a managers meeting today and this came up. Our state insurance paperwork was just distributed to all employees. Wow. Plus, there are more taxes deducted this month and we don't know why. Hit me for about $60 bucks more a month.

This is definitely getting ugly.  Unfortunately, its only going to get worse.  Getting hard to justify getting any insurance at all, just as its getting difficult for employers to justify offering it.  Companies that do continue to offer insurance are considering dropping coverage for spouses and dependents.

Each year since the implementation of Obumma care, cost have gone up significantly and coverage had gone down.  Just like the rest of you...waiting for the shoe to drop to find out what we'll get for next year.

I'm self-employed and I just received the premium increase notice a couple weeks ago.  Seriously considering canceling the dental coverage just because the medical alone has skyrocketed over the last two years.
