Title: RIA hitting low any ideas?

So I've ran 300 round through her ( it a RIA standard with a fiber optic site) six different  brands CCI PMC Remington  Buffalo bore corebon and some bulk I bought data gun show . both my son and his friend  have the same issue  it shoots 5 1/2 to 6 inches low any ideas other than changing out the sites?

Depending on your current Blade height, you can go with a lower Blade

Hey glockfoo, at what distance is your RIA shooting that low? There are several possibilities, but I think you are on the right track by eliminating the most obvious things first. If you can't get your groups elevated with sight adjustment/ replacement, then I would suggest checking the bore alignment. There are tools available that allow you to do it yourself, or you can have a gunsmith check it for you. I had a Springfield Ultra Compact V-10 that constantly shot low and to the left, with what turned out to be poor barrel lug-to-slide fit.

Just about every 10mm I have owned is like this for some reason. With work and the right sights they can all be fixed! If you are all the way up on the rear and it's still that low I would suspect you may have a bad piece.
