Title: Fusion T-Comm 10mm?
Post by: ahoss79 on June 20 2013 11:34:56 PM MDT
First post from a 10mm addict here.  Glock 20, Glock 29, 2 S&W 1006, 1 S&W 1026, 3 S&W 1076, and 1 S&W 1066.  Right now I am trying to find an 1086, but while on my quest, I was offered a Fusion T-Comm 10mm for trade on one of my non-10mm pistols.  I've seen them listed now and then, but never new much about them so never really looked into them.  Does anyone know the quality of the Fusion T-Comms or Fusion firearms in general?  Anything to look out for when aquiring one?  I would appreciate any info anone can give me on them.  Thanks.

ahoss79, Welcome to the forum!  There are a couple of guys here that have the Fusion Hunter gun and have had great reports with theirs.  I don't know much about the T-Comm's but here is Fusion's page on those....They do look nice and may or may not have the bobbed frame...

Looks like a great piece! 8)

Don't know anything about the T-Comm, but Fusion seems to enjoy a really good reputation for both its guns and parts.

Thanks for the feedback.  The feedback on the company and not necessarily a specific model is also helpful.

Welcome to the forum ahoss79!

The Fusion 10mm lineup is very well liked by those that own them.  I don't own one but have seen plenty of positive reviews regarding them, never a bad one.

One thing about the Fusions is that to my knowledge they will generally build one for anyone where the individual can customize in many different ways.  Therefore I'm thinking that just because it's labeled as a T-comm doesn't mean it isn't customized in various ways right from the factory for whoever originally purchased it.  I don't really know but you may want to look into the details, regardless what a basic T-comm build normally is.  In general though, no doubt the owners of them in the 10mm Auto community like the Fusion line up a lot.

Bob Serva at Fusion definitely builds each gun to customer spec.  A model is just a "starting point".

Good guns though, and Bob stands behind them.  Doesn't run right, call him and let him know.

Well, he does sell some pre-made. But I got my traditional hunter 10mm from him made with MY specs! Love the 6" long slide.

Thanks for the feedback.  It's sounding like I had a too good to be true trade and that's why he hasn't got back to me.
