While Robert wasn't well known here and he only posted once here, he was more popular over at Handloads.com.
I passed on the information the his friends over at the handloads.com web site. There are some there that new him more than I and he was well liked and know for his generosity with the members. They are expressing their respect and condolences over there as well. His friendship will be missed on this forum as we become a well knitted group of people. R.I.P.
RIP Bob. When I go I hope I get to go the same way. That is as good a send off as one could ask for.

sqlbullet, nothing was mentioned about them needing anything...His brother Ron contacted me on FB after I posted condolences.

Thanks Wade, Bob passed quietly in his sleep during the night so I sure he didn't suffer. He had open heart surgery a few years back and his health hadn't been the best ever since.

I didn't know him, but its always sad to loose one of our own.
Not to steal a thread but, this weekend (Sat.) we lost another very strong Second Amendment supporter, and gun advocate (my wife). She was Daily on the phone and on the computer reminding our elected officials what there oath of office was! She was a crack shot with her Winchester 30/30, S&W 686 (357) and her Witness 10mm Elite.
I will miss her at the reloading bench.

My wife was buried yesterday and I am proud to say not one Liberal in the church. Not only that, But one of my wifes lady friends could not find any ammo to practice with. So I brought her a few boxes just for that purpose. Plus promised I would get ammo to another lady, in need of some protection rounds.
May my wifes memory live on.

Well I know this was an older post, but I had contact with Robert's brother Ron and he's taking up the handloading quest. I did send him a link to the forum. So we may see Ron check in here some day!
I'm here Wade, thanks for the invite, also thanks to all the kind words posted on this thread from everyone. Bob was my oldest brother, I had two brothers and five sisters in the family. Hope I can pick up as much as Bob knew, some big shoes to fill.
Welcome Ron, and sorry to hear of your Brother's passing. I did not know him myself, but I have learned to mourn the passing of "The Old Gaurd" those who were willing to share their knowledge. Good luck and enjoy the fun that is Handloading :)
