I am fine with a new world as long as it includes primers...Which are notably absent at this point.

You are right about the primers. Seems it runs like this. If you got primers you have no brass,if you got brass no bullets, bullets no powder so I guess we have to collect each one one at a time to make the whole item. And thats 4 times shipping charge. Thats where I am getting killed is the darn shipping charges. I only buy ammo now in 500rds. You pay about 2.00 more for 500 than 50.I would hate to be trying to buy 1lb powder in different kinds from different places.

Everything is going towards ammo production first.

Especially from online sources where for powder and primers there is a +$20.00 Hazmat fee for each separate order.

I have enough of everything for now....But I am going to run out of primers first.  Powder and brass are fine.  I cast my own and have enough lead to make 70,000 bullets.

EPA will be coming to get you for having a lead storage area. I am sure they have some law that says lead over 1 bullets worth is a hazard. I think we should go to depleted uranium for all handgun bullets. plenty heavy and good penetration and later that night you can go pick up the ones you just shot as the will still glow a little. LOL

Please cite a law or regulation.  The only ones I can find are related the the RRP, which addresses lead based paint.

When i read this yesterday I came to the conclusion that RRMan was joking (...lead over 1 bullets worth is a hazard).

I got it, but it's not really funny.  Not in CA, anyway.  They're working on that as we speak!
