Well had a Eye Retina Specialist appointment this morning. As I got in the truck to leave the song DOUBLE VISION was playing!
Long story is that I went had eyes checked at an optometrist the other day and was referred to a retina specialist. So today the specialist gave another eye exam to start. Then they put dilation drops in the eyes and then they took pictures inside both eyes. Next was a contrast IV with a vegetable base contrast dye. Oh yea they said this will make your urine yellow!
Then I was give even more drops and stuff to sort of numb the eye as the Doctor again looked inside and all around the insides of both eyes.
He said that the vein for the optic nerve is swollen and causing the blurry vision I'm experiencing. He said that he can give me a shot inside the eye to possibly help reduce the swelling with time! So he gave me the shot inside the eye...We will hopefully SEE improvement in time.
Oh yea this is the color of the urine because of the dye they used!

In our Prayers Wade 😊
wow! I hope everything works out. nothing worse can happen to a shooter than loss of vision!
Well Went to the optometrist to have pressures checked in both eyes again. Slight improvement in the bad eye vision wise!
Have another appointment scheduled with retina specialist Jun 15th... Hope fully I keep regaining vision improvements before that!
Best of luck. "Slight improvement" is better than none, but not ideal for the optics.
Good luck with it. I recently had some minor troubles with my dominant eye. It can be a bit disconcerting. I hope it works out as well for you.
WOW, talk about the " needle in the eye" yikes!
I hope it works out good for you and your back to your eagle eyes soon.
