None that I have ever bought, but I think they have moved to the US.

I bought a RIA Rock Ultra FS HC about 3 years ago or so.  Came thoroughly drenched in oil, but not cosmoline.  Standard cleaning with tome CLP was all that it needed.

On mine, the Ultra, the FS designation is for the 5? button rifled barrel  / HC, the 16 rd capacity, an awesome weapon for I believe around 7ish

FS does indeed stand for Full-Size.  Other codes are MS (mid size?) for commander and CS (compact size?) for officers.

An "HC" in there is for the wide body frame, which they call a 1911-A2.  TAC means mostly a rail, although there are other enhancements with the TAC line.
