What is the Lyman manual recommend for 255 Hard Cast for 44 mag revolver loads with H110 ?

22.8 grains for H-110 @ 1186 fps & 23.5 grains for 296 @ 1223 fps is shown as max

Great exactly what I loaded at 22.8 with the 255gr SWC GC hard cast with H110 and WLP primers
