I decided to contact RCBS today via their web contact service. The reason for this was the handle on my old RCBS Jr. Press will not stay in the up position anymore.
I referenced the Tension Washer part #09115 as the possible part needing replacement.
So here is the response that RCBS sent back today via my e-mail.
QuoteHello Wade,
Wow! This reloader was discontinued in 1979. Lots and lots of reloading I?m sure.
I will be sending you (2) new bow washers for your press, covered under warranty of course.
Thank you and Happy Reloading.

That?s great, I?ve been told by others they really stand behind their products
Kenk, I haven't had many issues with my RCBS equipment over the many years.
My kinetic bullet puller after doing so many pull downs over the years wore the aluminum 3 jaw chuck out. This included pulling a bunch of police training ammo and all the pull-down documentations. RCBS sent a new set out promptly... N/C warranty
My handheld primer had an issue with the plastic primer guides and they sent me new sets for small and large primers... N/C warranty
My seater plug on my 308Win dies had a split and RCBS promptly sent a new seater stem... N/C warranty
Then today's tension / bow washers for the 1978 RCBS Jr. press, which they are sending out as explained in this post... N/C warranty
Yep, they stand behind their products, that?s for certain
Ten or so years ago I got a broken Lachmiller lubrisizer in a trade for some lead. RCBS bought Lachmiller years ago, and the RCBS lubrisizer is the same unit with parts compatibility. I just wanted to buy the broken part.
They sent it free of charge and free of shipping.
they have replaced any thing that has broken free of charge
I've had several such experiences with RCBS.. Top notch.
