I bought one of the Girsan 1911 hunter models. It shoots very well and I have fed it mostly handloads. I perused the interweb and put some minor hardware pieces onto it. I like it better whether it shoots better or not. I put a hi viz front sight on it but don't really care for it. I'm waiting on some glow paint in the mail to put the original sight back on.
