BE-86 would get you there

I have Loaded the 200 Grain XTP with 10.6 grains of Blue Dot COL was 1.2600" @ 1240 fps in my 5" guns 22lbs spring.

Underwood never loaded with Blue Dot as sold...

Blue Dot has always got me what I wanted for velocities.

Last year I started using Power Pistol and WOW WOW I'm impressed. My cast 200g bullet has past 1325 fps. I load it to about 1250 just for safety sake. I have zero reason to push so hard.

Give PP a try.

Other than the flashiness, BD is my favorite for 10mm, with BE-86 coming in close behind

I am with CW on this!! Once you use Power Pistol it is hard to use anything else. I guess I have been using it for at leased 40 years or so. When I couldn't get it I tried AA5 and others that really sucked. Someone here said they saw PP on the web at a place so I bought 5 pounds but have used 1 pound already but will just have to get more.  I use it in the following 9mm,380,357,38sp,41AE, 41 mag, 44 mag, 40 and 10 and others I am sure. Hey Craig, Power Pistol is a great choice for powder. If you ever have the opportunity to pick up some BE-86, you?ll likely enjoy it.

While I like Blue Dot, I?m working up 200 gr Nosler JHP with BE-86 and Longshot to get around 1250 fps.  So far Longshot is more accurate in my 4.6? barreled S&W M&P 2.0.

BE-86 is a good powder but I stopped at 8.4 grains under the 200 Gold Dot @ 1235 fps
LongShot can get you up there too I stop at 9.4 grains @ 1240 fps (Hodgdon has reduced the loading for LS recently).  Have loaded to higher than where I stop but brass can get stressed in some chambers and even start to bulge.

I tried 10.5 of BD in my G20 with KKM and 22 pound spring
With 200 XTP I decided on 10.0 of BD with 200 XTP and 9.5 of BD with 220gr Hard cast

10.4gr?s BD under a 180gr XTP or HAP has to be one of my favorite target loads

Welcome Miloco66!

Heard good things about that Nosler 200gr HP does it penetrate similar to 200gr XTP in performance ?
I seen Longshot is used in Underwood with 200gr XTP.

The Nosler 200gr HP isn't bonded and can shed its jacket at times, but it is a good bullet.
Yes, we have seen Longshot used by several of the companies pushing the 10mm performance.  It was SwampFox that seemed to push it the hardest but with notice warnings for "FULLY SUPPORTED CHAMBERS" for his extreme loads...

Morning Wade, what kind of velocities were SwampFox achieving with the 200gr Nosler for them to issue the ?FULLY SUPPORTED CHAMBER? warning?
