Title: Winchester primers
Post by: gadabout on September 03 2022 12:36:37 PM MDT
I have had these for a few months so been putting off using them as I didn't want to use them up. Been having a few failure to fire events lately with the offshore primers so I got these win primers out and loaded 100. They are defiantly more stout than what I have been using so I hope they will fire OK. Boy I loaded 50 of this and 35 of that and finished with 25 of something else. Will shoot some tomorrow.  Craig

It?s interesting the offshore primers aren?t as powerful. Where were the weaker ones made? and what?s the company?s  name?

Sorry I guess I wasn't clear. The primers are getting a light strike in some and will fire in another gun or today I was using a Taurus th9 with double action and it would fire on the second try. These primers are the Servicios Aventuras. Trying saying that three times fast!! Ha Ha.  Craig

The Win primers worked great and I finished with the other primers which also worked well so I don't know what the problem was. I still have like 3000 of those primers to shoot so i hope they hold up.  Craig
